“I brought my 20 lb dog here for a bath, haircut, and nail trim. The staff were very kind and accommodating to our needs, and the grooming itself was well done. That said, pickup around 6pm felt very overwhelming with lots of dogs and activity, and the price was much higher than expected ($135 for a small dog). Overall, I appreciate the quality of the grooming and the kindness of the staff, but the environment and cost may not be the right fit for us in the future.“

“I took my German Shepherd, Sasha, to PetSmart for a nail clipping, and I’m so glad I did. She is very anxious, especially after past experiences at other places where her nails were cut too short and she ended up bleeding.

The PetSmart staff were absolutely amazing — calm, patient, and clearly very experienced. They handled Sasha with so much care and confidence, which made a huge difference for her anxiety. The nail trim was done super quickly, safely, and not too short, which was such a relief.

“We’ve been taking our standard poodle here to get groomed by Grace for a while now and can’t speak highly enough about her services. She always does such an amazing job and is always so friendly and pleasant. Our poodle requires ear plucking due to recurrent ear infections, and grace does an amazing job at cleaning his ears, especially compared to some other groomers we’ve had. Can’t recommend Grace as a groomer enough!“
