“The vet tech (Carolyn), the vet (Dr. Katz), and the receptionist (I’m so sorry I forget her name but it started with an M) were all so wonderful and supportive.

We had a scare tonight when 2 of my small dogs got into some trash while we were gone from the house (entirely my fault and will never happen again). I knew right away what they potentially ate could be fatal, so I was a nervous wreck. I phoned this vet and spoke to Carolyn, who was so grounding and kind over the phone and encouraged me to come in.

When I got there I was met with warmth and efficiency. Carolyn wasted absolutely no time getting my dogs into the system and they were treated within 15 minutes of being there. Dr. Katz was not far along after, and everyone I spoke to was simply so kind in a moment where I don’t think I have ever been so scared or afraid. We received excellent care and advice to make sure our two angels are taken care of.

We are back home now and feel grateful beyond words for the care and medical attention we received tonight. I’ll never be able to express my full gratitude. I will tell everyone in the area they can trust this emergency vet. Thank you ❤️“

I called many other animal hospitals asking for answers to see if anyone carried that food and some of them said they couldn't help me because i wasn't their client. When i called this hospital, the receptionist Jillian immediately did her best to find out what had happened. Not only did she manage to find out the food i wanted was discontinued but she also helped me with what food to give my dog instead.
