He has been groomed at a different PetSmart location since he was born, but we recently moved into the area so we thought we would try out the Bolton location. We booked a cleanup package ans a trial run and Katelyn did such an amazing job. We will definitely be back next month for a full groom!“

He answered all 100+ questions we had and was very gentle and understanding with the kids. I left fully prepared and knew what steps I needed to take in order to care for our new family, because of all the information he left us with.
