Had a great experience today at this Apple Store thanks to Shawn! I wasn't sure which iPhone model to get, and he patiently walked me through all the options (cameras, battery, storage, price), until I found the perfect fit. He also explained the trade-in process for my old iPhone clearly and made sure I got the best value. Knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. Ask for Shawn if you go - highly recommend!

There are better Apple Store locations. As I’m walking in another person is leaving angry, and I soon learned why. Staff like knowledge about their inventory and rude to talk to. And they did not even have what I wanted available in stock.
