I have a healthcare business and on my busy day at work, my main server power supply unit failed and I had to shut down the office while the patients were at waiting room. I called two other Canada computer stored close by and they both refused to help with showing no compassion about the nature of urgency or offering alternatives help.

Ordered a laptop via best buy. Received the (refurbished) laptop, haven't turned it on yet but it's charging fine and looks great. There's a couple barely noticeable marks, but completely irrelevant especially for the price. The customer service from the store was great and with quick responses, resolved a slight issue perfectly. Thanks!
