Ordered a laptop via best buy. Received the (refurbished) laptop, haven't turned it on yet but it's charging fine and looks great. There's a couple barely noticeable marks, but completely irrelevant especially for the price. The customer service from the store was great and with quick responses, resolved a slight issue perfectly. Thanks!

FYI they don’t do price matching. I was told that the price is too low and they don’t guarantee it. Not rude but to the point. Minus one star because they make you wait 20 min before telling you. (Likely trying to find an excuse to decline price matching)
