Let me get this straight. You bought the warranty. You made a warranty claim and it was approved and honoured. Where is the scam exactly? Because they offered you the warranty on your replacement? What did you think, you'd get infinite replacements for 1 fee?

I went in here to browse and ended up buying something that I didn’t realize I needed it. The guy at the counter was very helpful and the dude that fixes computers at the side where you first enter helped me out with a little device that I haven’t used in years. There was no charge, and I ended up replacing that item that I haven’t used in years with a mobile version that’s more convenient to use. Thank you to the staff at this location.
Pham, the technician who works in repairs is amazing. All the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Pham is professional and calm. He is the best computer repair technician I have worked with.
He was able to get all my files off my old laptop which lost its graphics capability suddenly, and transfer them to a new computer very quickly. I had minimal amount of downtime thanks to Pham! I cannot say enough.
