Had a great experience Black Friday shopping! The staff Ryan and Thomas were very helpful and knowledgeable. Despite it being later in the evening everyone was in great spirits. I would happily come back to this location again.

Gladly on this visit, I met one of the team members Khadija, (who was amazing and very eager to help) She went out of her way to give me all the answers I was inquiring about. I was in need of a new laptop for school and she helped me find what was most fitting for me. It's refreshing to have customer service experience where staff show care and are kind because I feel like you don't find it as much anymore. If you are ever looking for electronics, go to Khadija!!Thank you for the awesome experience.

Just left from experiencing one of the best Best Buy experiences I've had. I am a little bit of a tech geek, and often visiting big brand stores like these can be mundane and disappointing where they always just refer you to check online.Luckily on this visit I met one of the team Khadija who went out of her way to answer questions and source me an Apple Watch that I was looking for. It's refreshing to have a customer service experience where people seem to care, looking for stuff online is such a cop out, so I genuinely appreciate the authentic help in making a decision on a significant purchase.
