I see Lily for acupuncture and she is one of the most kind people I’ve ever worked with. She is very thorough, takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable. We often chat and laugh which helps the experience feel personal and stress free! Very clean, welcoming space. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try here.

Great service and massage was so relaxing. I didn't have to point out where exactly my neck hurt, Mr. Everett knew right away as soon as he started to work on my neck. Thank you!!

Went for an RMT massage with Mr. Everett. The office was inviting and the receptionist, Pooja, was very helpful and kind in setting up my appointment and answering questions. The RMT, Mr. Everett, was very knowledgable and pointed out some areas i can focus on stretching and being more mindful of my posture. I intend on coming here again in the future!

The belief is that the various parts of your mind and body are connected by a vital energy called Qi (which is pronounced, and often spelled, Chi in the West). This Qi flows through the body, and any disruptions in this flow affect your health, resulting in illness. The goal of acupuncture is to keep this flow going smoothly, which keeps you healthy; or, if you're already sick, acupuncture frees the blockages that are causing your illness.
