My go to place in Ancaster for physio and massage! Julia my therapist is kind and patient and truly cares for her clients. Remiya my masseuse is one of the best I’ve had in my lifetime, and I’ve had a lot over the years. Going there for both services allows their team to work in tandem to provide me the best care possible. I highly recommend this clinic. You can’t go wrong!

Julia was fantastic. She answered all my questions. She walked me through the process - what she was doing and why. She let me know what I should look for next, to see any improvements or things to look for to let her know for my follow up appointment.
