I walked in as a complete walk-in, seriously considering shaving my head (dry, bad colour, damaged, itchy scalp… the whole situation). When I said that, Anna just looked at me like… why? 😅. Shes very honest and upfront.
She didn’t rush me or push anything. She sat me down, let me try on a few toppers, and explained how they work so I could actually understand my options.
In the end, I decided to go short instead and she gave me a cut that completely brought my hair back to life. I honestly wish I had done it sooner. Love it.

She went out of her way to schedule my appointment even when she was fully booked and ensured the product and service was provided on time.
