I contacted several lennox dealers through the Lennox website for quotes and VMP home was one of them. Vally was professional and very polite, he explained and gave me several options. After choosing the one best suited for me I asked about the furnace. I told him my budget and VMP Home prices were the best among 4 other competitors. He gave me a good deal for both the Furnace & air-conditioning within my budget.No over selling was done. Within a week it was installed. It was hard as it had to be lifted to the deck area for installation and not through the house but was done professionally. He and his team of one were prompt and efficient and got the job done. I would recommend his company to anyone interested. I will in the next year get my hot water changed with his company as well. Great efficient job, well done. They found the issue was a missing connecting wire to the thermostat, despite numerous other contractors telling me I needed a full replacement. This only cost me an hour of labour time!
Great service and extremely thorough in his inspection and testing that lead to the fix needed. I would highly recommend this company.“
