I previously had Adam with Cartwright come out to check on my AC unit since it was not blowing cool air.Thanks to Adam coming out, I now have a house with cool blowing air!When scheduling, I had requested the technician call me about 30 minutes before heading my way and he did!I want to also mention that I had unfortunately called a different HVAC company to come out for them to just tell me I have to replace the unit.. Shame on me for not calling Cartwright in the first place!Services: HVAC system maintenance

Adam was very attentive to our needs, communicated very well throughout the repair process, and overall was very professional. All repairs were performed in a timely manner, and I have faith that he has done a thorough job. He also ensured the air filters in the home were changed, when not asked to do so. He has a great work ethic, which is difficult to find these days. Thank you Adam!This is my first time using Cartwright Heat and Air and I am very glad I went with them!Services: A/C system repair

Great customer service! Ardell arrived exactly when they said he would, only 1 hour after I called. He got approval before doing any work. He got my air running better than it was when we bought our house. I’ll definitely use Cartwright’s again!Service: A/C system maintenance
