We are extremely happy with the service we received. They came the same day and repaired the problem at a fair price. Because our AC is old, we appreciate their honest appraisal and are confident that when the time comes to replace it, they will give us a good deal on a new one. Meanwhile we will take care to follow their advice to keep the filters changed regularly, and follow their maintenance plan. We have used ACE Air for the five years since we moved to OK, and have been impressed with the prompt, friendly service from the office staff and service men. I would highly recommend ACE Air.
My air conditioner thermostat was throwing an error and my AC was running but the air was warm. Called in for service after hours in order to get on the list for the next morning. Erica called me back to make sure that I wasn't needing service that evening. As a part of the conversation I told them what the error was. Erica's husband Thomas was with her and he is a technician for Ace Air, and she put him on the phone because sometimes there is an easy fix for this. In the end the fix/workaround did not solve my issue. They came out promptly the next day and fixed my unit. I’ve Always had Great Service. The technicians are kind and polite and knowledgeable about fixing the problem. The secretaries are always friendly and answer any questions I have. I highly recommend their business.
