The guys at Code Blue took great care of me with replacing a mini split unit. They were thorough, went the extra mile in correcting things that were done wrong by the prior unit’s installer and even repaired some drywall that the old unit damaged. Can’t be happier with the service and attention to detail.
Also when my new unit went out due to a manufacturer defect they went to bat for me with the manufacturer to get a replacement.
They were super helpful and friendly. They were honest from the jump. I enjoyed the crew that came out and fixed out HVAC and Furnace. They did it in a very timely manner and they explained things as it happened. Best experience ever. They even pointed out things that were not up to code that the City said was. They actually saved us from a potential Carbon Monoxide risk. Had 2 other appraisers for the same job and none of them either noticed or pointed it out. So I really appreciate these guys.
I had a great experience with Code Blue Heat & Air. They came out to do a tune-up on both of my AC units and refilled the Freon in my older unit. They were punctual, professional, and very friendly. I really appreciated their thoroughness and the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
