On two separate occasions, Usry took care of my needs repairing a loose toilet flange and a faucet with no hot water pressure. I appreciate their professionalism. I have seen people comment that the prices were high for the time it took, but I am a believer that I paid a fair price for their expertise and efficiency in sorting out my concerns.Services: Toilet repair

Wonderful experience with Usry to repair/replace a leaky bathroom faucet. Erin was excellent and explained that the faucet was beyond repair. She gave a recommendation on a good replacement available to buy at a local hardware store (or buy the same for a considerable retail markup from them). I was able to buy the faucet myself and have Erin come back the next day to install. Trip fee and install came to $288 total, not too bad. I appreciate the honesty on the price of the faucet - it was a considerable savings to purchase it myself. I would definitely recommend Bob Usry Plumbing!
