Many customers share positive experiences, emphasizing punctuality and thorough work. One customer had a leak in the half bath toilet and appreciated the technician's honesty and effort. The technician used a pipe camera to reveal that the cast iron piping from 1959 had deteriorated, causing major issues with sewage backup. The technician explained multiple repair options, including patching, fixing the pipes in need, or full replacement. The customer chose the full replacement option and was impressed with the technician's hard work—working three long days under the house and even breaking the patio to access piping in extreme heat. The customer expressed high satisfaction, calling the technician "the man to call" for any plumbing needs, big or small.

Vintage Plumbing also acts as a good neighbor. During a remodeling project, the owner offered helpful advice about installing a heat recycling system without charging for consultation. Recently, a plumber noticed water draining from a sprinkler system at a residence across the street and took the initiative to show the homeowner the problem, offering a free inspection.

Additionally, quick and efficient service is a hallmark of the company. One customer called the office and was visited by Jeremy within an hour. Jeremy quickly unclogged the upstairs bathroom tub, providing relief for busy families. Overall, Vintage Plumbing’s team is praised for responsiveness, professionalism, and their willingness to go above and beyond to help customers.
