“Our AC wasn't cooling our house. I checked the things I knew and ended up calling around for service. The places I called either didn't answer or wanted a pretty large fee just to show up.

Based on distance I finally called Mark's Heating and Air. First thing I like is he answered the phone, secondly, he listened to what I said was happening and third, when I asked how much to come out, he told me the diagnoses was free and was kind of like a down payment on my future business. He promised to let me know what was needed to fix the problem and how much it would be.

They came within a couple of hours and found the problems right away. There were a few minor issues like the lines were freezing up and the Freon needed to be recharged. He gave me a price ceiling and stuck to that. We are cool and happy.

The thing I really appreciate is he explained everything in detail and offered advice on keeping the system up and running. I enjoyed spending time with Mark, good conversation about various subjects with lots of humor.

I'm very pleased with the service and believe he provided more than I deserved. He definitely is our HVAC repair provider from now on.“
