However, even after learning that I had scheduled another plumber, the Stevenson rep asked questions and helped me over the phone to see if he could talk me through the issue. A few hours later, he even called back to follow up. I thought that was some above and beyond customer service even knowing that I had a different plumber scheduled to come out. I was definitely impressed by that.“
