David was a great plumber. He did not leave until my drain was clear and had toilet back in working condition. A hard and dedicated worker and had job done within 2 hours. Great job!
Jordan was prompt, quick, professional and courteous. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Office staff was friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any problems with Roto-Rooter. They answer the phone and return calls and are always professional and courteous!
The early hours of Thanksgiving morning, I was in town to see my sister and tried to help her fix her toilet. The main valve busted when turning the water off and disaster happened due to not knowing where her main water shut off was located. The gentleman that came out was so awesome. He fixed our issue, made us feel better about it and personally, was the best professional I have dealt with. I wished I could have done something for him as a thank you. He saved our Thanksgiving.
