“Things didn't start to great. I took a 1/2 day vacation on a Monday for this appointment, then scheduling moved it to the afternoon. ECS did not make it in the afternoon either. That meant another 1/2 day for Tuesday. Needless to say I had a grump on. James and Joe showed up on time Tuesday morning. James went through the entire house. He explained everything to me very clearly and also explained to my wife in Spanish some of the intricacies of the job. Also found out that he speaks fluent French. So he's your guy if you need explanation in multiple languages. ECS waved the diagnostic fee because of the schedule issue. James did a complete work up for the house and pointed out several other things that were electrical hazards that needed to be fixed. They completed the work promptly professionally and by the end of the visit my grump had relaxed. I will be using ECS for rental property work as well as personal property. If James and Joe are any indication of the other technicians at ECS, I would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to family and other professionals.“
“I highly recommend Dun Rite Plumbing. Dun Rite Plumbing will always be my first call moving forward. The customer service , communication and quality of work provided is phenomenal. After initially being stood up by another plumbing company, I found Dun Rite Plumbing on the BBB website accredited with an A+ rating. I frantically contacted Dun Rite Plumbing on 1/20/2020 as my husband and I had removed our tub/shower combo over the weekend to replace it with a shower and the plumber scheduled for Monday did not show. Dan with Dun Rite Plumbing answered my call at 2:08 pm and arrived at my home at 3:14 pm. Dan is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed our project and plumbing needs. Dan provided us with a more than reasonable quote and timeline. The plumber arrived on 1/22/2020 as scheduled (during the expected timeframe). The plumber was extremely friendly and professional. All of the work was completed on 1/22/2020. Dan even stopped by to check in. I am truly grateful for the timeliness, fair pricing and quality of work provided.“
“I live in The Crossings at Oak Brook and when it froze all the empty apartments pipes busted and I got all the water, these guys came out and worked on our buildings pipes for days, they are a great group of guys they worked diligently until way after midnight they are friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. “First, since I am giving a glowing review, I want to say I am not related too, don't have a share of and have no other reason to rate this company a five-star other than their work.I had a possible water pipe break and this is the company that was called. Beene called me at 7am and said someone would be there around 9am. Alex showed up at 830am. I did have a pipe break under my kitchen sink and down into the foundation concrete.Alex explained what was going on and what it would take to resolve the issue. He paid meticulous attention not scratch my hardwood floors, cleanup after and was a polite and respectful person the entire time. The job took about 10hours.I don't know about the company as a whole, but if this is the type of people they employ, I will recommend and use them again in the future.“
