We are thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the attentiveness given to us. Our drains needed cleaning and we had questions about our initial appointment and we had plumbers at our house almost immediately to address our concerns. Preston and Brandon were both kind, thorough, and professional in tackling our kitchen drain which was our main concern. We appreciated that they had our backs as far as homeowners and explained thoroughly what was going on with the plumbing in our home. Michael came out today and took care of our kitchen drain. He also discovered a small hole in a pipe and sealed it up for us. One of the best things about Spot On techs is that they take a minute to show you exactly what the issues are with either pictures or with their camera. I appreciated Michael answering my questions today, and he didn't mind that Walter was inspecting his every move! 🐾
They were great to work with. Quick response, flexible, informative. Price for an outdoor faucet replacement seemed on the high side, but everything else was great.
