I was recently having concerns with my 3-year-old AC unit and contacted Polar Bear Jack's. I was impressed by their quick response time. The office manager, Amber, was fantastic to work with, and GM Zach phoned me later that day to make sure I was satisfied with the service visit. A huge thanks to my technician, Brant, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. The customer service from this entire team completely set my mind at ease and made me confident that I was in good hands. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

We have been using Polar Bear for 7 years. They replaced our unit in our previous house and just replaced our HVAC unit in our current home! Our air stopped working on Sunday, called Monday morning and they immediately sent someone out. Unfortunately, our 16 yr old system was fried. They were so helpful and kind during all phases. The installers were working in our attic in 103 degree temperature outside. They all worked really hard to get our air up and running in this heat. It is all installed and now cooling the house down!! All at a really good price compared to other companies! Will always use them for our HVAC needs. Honest company.
