Chris was great. He did my semiannual check up, replaced my filter, and made sure my systems were good to go (including my hot water tank, which I didn’t even realize was part of it). I’ve now used Custom for an emergency service call AND for regular preventative maintenance - and have been very happy with both!

Thank you, Scott Allen and Aaron Sharon for sending out Scott for taking care of my heating unit that was out he spent he spent two hours working on it and making sure that it was working for the cold weather that was ahead. Called 1st, got here & went to work. Didn't take long to check out the furnace & tie things up. Got a good report, signed the computer work & it's done. He did a nice job.
