“I needed a physical and TB testing completed for my nursing program, and after calling what felt like every clinic and urgent care in Columbus, I was honestly frustrated. When I called Bexley Urgent Care, the experience was completely different from the start. Even over the phone, the staff was friendly, patient, and eager to answer all of my questions. On top of that, their pricing was FAR more affordable than most of the other places I contacted.

Once I arrived, the front desk lady was incredibly welcoming and made sure to double-check that everything I needed could be completed during my visit. I was assisted by a newly graduated nurse who was training a medical assistant, and both of them did an amazing job. As a student myself, I really appreciated how supportive, professional, and knowledgeable they were throughout the entire process.

Dr. Spegal completed my physical and was extremely efficient, helpful, and thorough. The assessment was quick but still very professional and attentive.

“The staff at this Urgent Care are amazing. I thought I had a bad cold; but when I arrived, they quickly diagnosed double pneumonia in both lungs (after a COVID and Flu test, did breathing treatments and imaging) and sent me directly to the ER. When I arrived at the ER 15 minutes later, all my tests results were already there and they were waiting for me. Urgent Care was very caring and sympathetic. I highly recommend this Urgent Care - with no reservations at all. Wish they could be my PCP.“
