Lisa was exceptional at the reception desk. She was a very, very genuine person and. And Brittany🩷🌸❤️💖😜, the doctor was great. I always come to this place called Hometown urgent care. It’s closed convenient you get in you get out it’s it’s very very nice. We do have primary care doctors but sometimes it just takes a little bit longer of a drive and a longer wait. And a longer time sitting in the room so if you’re ever interested in a great place to go that get you in and get you out come to your hometown urgent care

I have been here a few times, as well as my family and everyone has seemed very nice. However, I had an appointment scheduled and they called me to reschedule 15 minutes before my appointment time. I was quite literally in my car about to leave. In the voicemail I was told to call the number back, and when I did, it said the number isn't available to reach and was told to call a different number. Did that, and got transferred. After being transferred I was basically told they aren't sure what is going on at the office and to schedule an appointment at a different location. I understand things happen, but I believe it's unprofessional to call patients 15 minutes before...read full review
