Ohio State Urgent Care Hilliard Station offers prompt and attentive care. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to address patients' medical concerns, whether it's a painful cyst or an infection. While they may not have all the necessary equipment on-site, they provide efficient and professional service, making the overall experience positive for patients.
I have used this facility for PT before and I really liked it but the two times we’ve used it for urgent care, I feel the PA that saw us was wrong on both counts. She said my husbands hand was broken but the hand doctor said it wasn’t. And I complained of extremely painful sore throat and a cough for 10 days and all she gave me was cough medicine. “Tame as far as they go” is how the pharmacist described it. She’s a kind person and the facility is new and beautiful but not for me.

Lisa was exceptional at the reception desk. She was a very, very genuine person and. And Brittany🩷🌸❤️💖😜, the doctor was great. I always come to this place called Hometown urgent care. It’s closed convenient you get in you get out it’s it’s very very nice. We do have primary care doctors but sometimes it just takes a little bit longer of a drive and a longer wait. And a longer time sitting in the room so if you’re ever interested in a great place to go that get you in and get you out come to your hometown urgent care
