Based on the reviews, OhioHealth Urgent Care Polaris Parkway provides trusted, timely care for minor illnesses and injuries. The medical staff is described as very friendly, professional, and attentive. Patients had good experiences, with one noting the staff went above and beyond. For a cut requiring stitches, the staff was calming, kind, gentle, and funny, and they did a really good job. Another patient with a long-standing unknown issue had a 5-star experience, with two amazing nurses and a straight to the point, very professional doctor who prescribed things that are already helping. The staff was also absolutely amazing with a child, with receptionists having her smiling and laughing despite feeling unwell. Patients were seen quickly, though emergent care can delay appointment times.
Visited for a cut on my finger, the medical staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. Had to get stitches, and they did a really good job. Overall it's been a good experience.
I am sharing my experience as I have left a bad review in the past here at this location. I give my experience a 5 star. I have been having this unknown issues of itching and burning in the downstairs region externally. No matter how many hospitals and urgent cares and doctors I have went to over the past 2 months they have not been able to figure out what’s wrong with me they ran every test they could for every infection and all was negative! When I came back here to this location I had got two amazing nurses to start off with that and I wish I had got his name but he was a older middle aged doctor he was straight to the point very professional and prescribed me three...read full review
For being an urgent care they are not urgent and they don’t care. Seems like they can’t do anything here but send you to the ER. Nice staff but for a medical facility i expect more than friendly faces. Very disappointed and I’d recommend you go elsewhere
