My experience was excellent! My visit with Dr K Blum was awesome. She is very compassionate and provides excellent care. She listened to me, caring and understanding me. She takes time to discuss any questions I had, she is polite and professional. Dr K Blum was GREAT and wonderful! This is an excellent Urgent Care and everybody is very nice! Always FRIENDLY, fast service and competent doctors who care! I have no plans to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. I want to give you more than 5 Stars! Thank you
Sarah was a very calming presence and straightforward and patient with me, which I appreciate. She naturally made sure my feet were resting on a flat surface, even though I'm short, when she took my blood pressure, which shows me she knows what she is doing. I was extremely impressed by how she made sure I was comfortable and safe.
Overall everyone at this location is very friendly and professional. I even have witnessed the front desk staff doing very well in the face of a language barrier until they were able to get someone over who could speak Spanish. I go here every time that I need to go to a walk in clinic.
The front desk women was extremely nice but when needing to come in for a wound- The nurse came in to clean it and she had gloves on… she couldn’t find what she needed so then proceeded to touch every cabinet in the room and then touch the door handle to go grab what she needed and then came back in all while wearing the same gloves and then applied an antibiotic with her FINGER to my wound.
Doesn’t seem very sanitary to me
