I had pleasure meeting and training with FreddieThompson, with my boxing experience in Russia , I can definitely apriciate the professional approach in training. Enjoyed learning principles of JKD and Kali ! Definitely recommending Freddie's classes. Very affordable also.
Very good class. If you want to learn martial arts that you can apply in the real world, this is the guy to learn from. Been training for almost 6 months and can’t even begin to say how much I’ve learned.
