The arborist, William, was very nice and knowledgeable. After the first trimming, I asked if he could send one back to prune off more dead branches from one of the trees. He did that promptly. He also came back to check it and do some final pruning. There are some twigs we need to get off the shed roof, but the trees now look good. In my opinion, the service is overpriced, but the result was satisfactory.
