This is a fantastic place to work! They were very encouraging and supportive as I earned my STNA. One of the best jobs I've ever had, and that's due a lot to the family atmosphere and positive people. Eileen, Mandy, Tina, and everyone at Visiting Angels is friendly and upbeat, and willing to go the extra mile for their clients' care and happiness. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and there was always someone to offer support in an emergency 24/7! Highly recommended!!!
I began working with Visiting Angels of Westerville in he summer of 2020 and have really appreciated and enjoyed my association with them. It is very fulfilling work and I feel that I am making a positive and tangible difference in my client’s lives; especially when we are able to provide the help they need to stay safe and secure in the comfort and privacy of their own home instead of having to enter an institutionalized care setting. The owners and supervisors are wonderful people to work for and with and are very professional and caring. They are very supportive and make you feel you are a vital and important part of their team. They provide excellent training and support and even reimbursed the tuition for my training as an STNA. If you want to work somewhere where you can make a positive and significant contribution, and where your employer genuinely cares about you, values your work, treats you fairly, and supports you, come join us at Visiting Angels of Westerville.
This is the best place i have ever worked. In this office, you are treated like a family member not just an employee or client. The owners not only work the business end, they are working staff that fill in shifts and personally know all of our clients and their familes. Eileen and Gene have an impeccable talent for matching the right care staff with client. Client care plans are reviewed frequently and amended to ensure the best possible continuity of care. If I had a loved one who needed in home care, I would highly recommended this office for it 's compassionate care. If you have compassion in your heart and are looking for a career this is the place for you. We are family!
