I love Planet Fitness in general, but I’m convinced the franchise owner is not putting much of the profit back into the facilities. He also doesn’t provide contact information for feedback so I’m forced to share my feedback publicly here.
Compared to PFs in other markets, the Columbus-area ones are old and dirty, and lack clean and untorn mats. They also lack add-on weight stack adapters at any station (but ask for them at the front desk), and there are maybe two cable rope pulls for the five or so multi-station cable machines.
