“What am awesone way to turn a low impact workout into a challenging total body workout in 20 minutes. With your major muscles constantly working with intensity makes to gel like you are working double time. I felt challenged and my muscle were fatigue after the workout! The one on one trainers are knowledgeable about fitness when you have physical disabilities so that you don't injured yourself. I have back problems and weakness to my leg...I and was able to complete a full workout while focusing on my weaknesses and problem areas!“

“Yesterday was my first time there. If you want to work out for 40-60 minutes this is the place. Has 5 smith machines, abductor/adductor machines, a lot of cardio equipment, and for 15 dls a month there is not much to think about it. I pay more for Netflix to bee seated watching TV.

Give it a try, I was nervous at first but the no judgement sensation is amazing, you see beginners and athletic people and no one is doing ego lifting or making everyone uncomfortable with their noises.

“I love this gym!!! It is for every body, wherever you are in your fitness journey!! I do personal training twice a week with Luis, I spin with Cheryl twice a week and I will do a team training class or do some cardio in the movie theater room! I also take advantage of the tanning booth and sauna!! Personal training with Luis is awesome! He tailors my workouts to my strengths and pushes me to be better! Cheryl's spin classes are the absolute best! She takes the time to know all of us personally and challenges us to be the best versions of ourselves! Her music is so much fun too!!! This is the gym for every person that wants to be serious about their workouts and health without worrying about creeps hitting on you!“
