“Absolutely exceptional communication and service! Rob, the owner, responded to me immediately and came to assess my basement in less than an hour. His crew was out two days later. Larry and his son were so kind and polite and took care of everything. Rob then personally came back to deliver blowers and a dehumidifier to dry out the wet basement. Highly recommend!”
“The best service and professional installation. Brandon was on time , respectful and courteous. He and his crew never left a mess and explained the process. Highly recommend this company”
“Working with Building Character has been an amazing experience. They took our vision and made it a reality at an affordable price. We spontaneously added a 24ft diameter concrete stamped fire pit at mid build. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the process, pricing and logistics on getting it accomplished without hindering the deck process. Absolutely amazing. The family is ready to party this fall. Thanks again for all your help.”
