“I have to say that I built over a year ago. The process was perfect. We were able to customize our home and everyone listened to us. The quality of the product is also outstanding! Rick was the one who managed our build. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is approachable, when issues came up he listened and took care of them, he also went above and beyond. Once the home was completed, Jim also did a great job getting any warranty issue addressed. Finally, I called Rick and Jim yesterday, about an issue that our landscapers caused, is outside of the warranty, and they showed up regardless! Jim even went with a shovel in our front yard to fix it.<br><br>I have worked in new construction before, so I have industry knowledge of how things are suppose to go.
