“Jeff and his team were fantastic to work with-they did a full remodel of our first floor in an old (1900) house. They removed a load bearing wall, installed a steam beam and did all the finishes. They were also great at trouble shooting and problem solving. They made great recommendations to enhance the architect design including how we could add skylights, remove plaster to add insulation and create deep window sills. We couldn’t be happier with the space! We have recommended him to friends and are looking forward to using them again in the future.“

“Phil and his crew did fantastic work and navigated very annoying city government bureaucracy to get this stretch of sidewalk done faster than I would expected. They got the city to remove the tree that was heaving the sidewalk and even got them to grind the stump. They were back out the day after Christmas and got this done, start to finish, in 6-7 hours. They even very nicely fixed the broken part between the stairs and the sidewalk, which I didn't expect. Any time I need concrete work, Able Ready is who I will be calling. Oh, and did I mention his was the lowest bid that I got? Yup, I'm a happy camper.“

“Hicon did some restoration work on my 100 year old Victorian house with a stone foundation. From start to finish they were extremely professional, and great communicators. The customer service was top notch! I can’t say enough good things about them. They walked me through every step and made sure that every detail was covered. They addressed every question I had. They were able to start fairly quickly and got the job done very efficiently. The tuck pointing looks great. You wouldn’t even know it wasn’t the original work. I was very happy with it. “They did a fantastic job. We had the tub resurfaced in 2023 when we bought our home. Earlier this year it was damaged by plumbers and they came out and fixed it. We had a bubble come up and burst recently. They came out and resurfaced the tub again today. I closed the room off but will add a photo when it cures.
