“I used Total Home Care for a complete kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel in my historical home located in Bellevue, KY. Andy came out to meet with me on site to look at the currently layout and discuss what I was requesting. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair bid with details listed out for the work to be completed. Once I signed the proposal, I was given a start date within reasonable timing. The workers that were at my house working were respectful and kind, the company in whole did great work on both my kitchen and bathroom. I now have a kitchen with new cabinets, floors, appliances, and more space. I also have a second bathroom that is fully functional and stylish. I would recommend them to family and friends. I will be reaching back out to Total Home Care in the future if there is any other work needed.“

Overall we were very happy with the timeline, price, and especially the quality of the finished product.Pros:- Quality of finished product- Finishing on time- Helpful app / website keeps you updated on project- Initial consultation gave great ideas on how to improve layout of kitchenCons:- Some confusion in design process about what items / fixtures were in budget / available- Sometimes slow to respond to online messages (but very quick on calls)Overall the cons were very minor and we are highly satisfied with the entire remodel process. The workers themselves were polite while in our home, our project lead / main point of contact was great about communicating and answering any questions we had, and everything came in at the original budget and timeline estimates.“

He quoted a fair rough estimate to repair it, but also recommended that we are fine to just leave it alone, and will only really need to repair it if got worse, which is unlikely. That is a high level of integrity to recommend NOT doing a job when you have someone ready to write a check. “Jeff and his team were fantastic to work with-they did a full remodel of our first floor in an old (1900) house. They removed a load bearing wall, installed a steam beam and did all the finishes. They were also great at trouble shooting and problem solving. They made great recommendations to enhance the architect design including how we could add skylights, remove plaster to add insulation and create deep window sills. We couldn’t be happier with the space! We have recommended him to friends and are looking forward to using them again in the future.“
