“Shawn and Tony were absolutely amazing. They were efficient, honest, and communicative. They use a communication platform called Job Tread where they posted all of our documents, a schedule, photos of each day of the work they did, and all messages. Shawn was super prompt in replying to my messages, often within only a few minutes. When our basement flooded during construction, their crew vacuumed up the water and handled the flooding. When our HVAC went out, Tony helped me find a new system and even helped remove and re-install shelving that was blocking the new HVAC system - all without charging me extra. They frequently did things at no additional charge for us just to provide a better outcome. We also had a designer that was difficult to work with, and they handled her well and remained positive and professional through out the process. They were truly incredible, and I have already recommended using them to several people. I cannot recommend them enough.”
