“I Spoke with Dan on the phone and he was able to help me resolve an issue with my AC unit that was not kicking on and he was able to walk me through a few things and had it fixed within not even 5 minutes of on the phone ! I WILL definitely for now on out be using THIS company just because of how professional , knowledgeable and respectful he was over the phone ! “I want to thank and compliment Chris Waddell for coming to check my AC that had stopped cooling on one of the hottest days we've had recently. It was after hours, and he still had 2 more appointments, so he said he would not be able to make it to my house. In spite of this, he told me that if, by chance, he finished early, he would try to come. About an hour later he called me back to tell me he was on his way even though he was not that close to my house. Chris could not have been nicer or more professional, but fortunately for me, by the time he arrived, my AC had just started working again. “I called the office to get a quote on a new furnace and a/c system. Mine was working but 25 yrs old. John the salesman came out and provided me with a written estimate that I thought was reasonable. The system was installed a week later. Everyone from the office lady's, the salesman and the technician s were very polite and helpful.
