I never write reviews (good or bad), it's not really my thing. However, I have had multiple experiences with Thompson now and, I have nothing but great things to say about how they handled my issues with my Carrier Furnace. I probably did know a little more about my issues than some folks would and, was able to explain what I THOUGHT was wrong and, what I already did to try to fix my issues. That being said, all of the staff I have spoken with on the phone have been professional and, assisted in any way possible to help. Lastly, Nate has been the tech. at my house each time and, he's great at what he does ...even though he's a Browns fan. No need to go with anyone else...read full review

My A/C motor died on me last week. Nate from Thompson Heating was there within 3 days. He took about 10 mins diagnosing the problem instead of just believing me on the issue (that's a good thing because I'm NOT an expert.) He then agreed that my bearings in my motor were bad. He had a motor in his truck and replaced it within 25 mins. He was extremely polite, professional, and even told me some interesting stories of things he has seen in his years of home visits, all while replacing my motor. Price was reasonable too. Very professional! Would recommend this company to anyone who is in need. I called late in the evening and the technician was here and fixed my furnace within a couple hours. Was explained my options for my future furnace replacement. Awesome service. 5 stars!!!Service: Heating system repair
