My AC was not working at my house. Thompson‘s technician diagnosed it quickly to a bad TXV. They ordered the new TXV installed it and got me back up and working quickly.
I want to thank and compliment Chris Waddell for coming to check my AC that had stopped cooling on one of the hottest days we've had recently. It was after hours, and he still had 2 more appointments, so he said he would not be able to make it to my house. In spite of this, he told me that if, by chance, he finished early, he would try to come. About an hour later he called me back to tell me he was on his way even though he was not that close to my house. Chris could not have been nicer or more professional, but fortunately for me, by the time he arrived, my AC had just started working again.
