I mainly dealt with a great guy named Kabe! He was very great at communicating each step and the process on which things were done. He sent me several pictures throughout the process which gave me piece of mind know that the installation was going smoothly. If any issues came up, he didn’t hesitate to call me informing me on what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it. He walked around my property with a magnetic broom removing any nails or trash that came from the removal or installation of my roof. After the roof was finished he walked me around showing and explaining everything that he and his crew did to ensure my home was water tight and looked great. “Highly recommend Pioneer Roofing II!! Jacob came over quickly to inspect and measure our roof, and provided a very reasonable estimate for a replacement. He later dropped off shingle samples upon request. The crew got a pretty big job, including a metal accent piece, done in two days - and they did it without starting so early to wake up the whole neighborhood! They left our property clean and with a beautiful new roof. It has rained pretty heavily since and we've had zero issues, so we're very pleased!“

“Was very unhappy with ABC at 1st…my kitchen was supposed been done back in may..but Holly owner of ABC found out about my kitchen not getting started since I put money down..she assigned Shannon to my project and then everything was wonderful..Shannon made sure things that needed to be done was taken care of and made sure I was happy with the work…she even let my pups out to go pee..she also notified me right away when worker couldn’t show up and would reschedule another project right away..my kitchen looks a lot better..I’m still unhappy with some of the work and job getting done later then is should have been but again which is why I didn’t give 5 *s ..Shannon deserves 5*s..Thank you Holly & Shannon!!“
