“Tim deserves your business! He honors the excellent written estimate he gives & collects payment ONLY after the job is fully completed. The crew are hard working individuals for the entire duration of the job. Thank you again Tim & crew.

“My roof started showing signs of aging, so I booked them for inspection rather than rushing into repairs. They checked shingles, gutters, and attic ventilation, which gave me a full picture of what was happening. A few small weak spots were found, but nothing urgent enough to require full replacement. They repaired those areas and left the rest untouched. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. The only issue was slightly slower follow-up after the estimate, but the work itself was solid.”
“We cannot say enough good things about Jacob and his crew at Pioneer Roofing II LLC.
Jacob is kind, honest, and full of integrity. His team worked hard through cold, sleet, and snow, finishing our farmhouse roof in one day, while cleaning everything up beautifully.
They were organized, efficient, and worked together like a well-oiled machine.
Professionally installing gutters the next week. We were so pleased that we hired them again to repair our white barn.
We highly recommend Pioneer Roofing II LLC to anyone looking for honest, quality work done with care. Thank you again, Jacob and crew.”
