They checked shingles, gutters, and attic ventilation, which gave me a full picture of what was happening. A few small weak spots were found, but nothing urgent enough to require full replacement. They repaired those areas and left the rest untouched. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. I mainly dealt with a great guy named Kabe! He was very great at communicating each step and the process on which things were done. He sent me several pictures throughout the process which gave me piece of mind know that the installation was going smoothly.
