Tyler was the project manager overseeing the installation of our LVP flooring, and he truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. His communication was exceptional. He consistently followed up exactly when he said he would, which gave us a lot of confidence during a pretty large project.
We did run into a hiccup when the initial flooring order wasn’t sufficient. Even though it wasn’t an ideal situation, Tyler handled it with complete honesty and transparency. He kept us informed about what happened, what was being done to fix it, and what to expect next. His openness and follow‑through made the situation so much easier to navigate.
