When we called to ask about getting an estimate, Jacob came over in person very quickly. He climbed up on the roof for a detailed inspection then sat down with us to explain what he saw & to recommend removing and replacing our worn out shingles damaged by a wind storm. He give us a very reasonable estimate. We was very comfortable in his knowledge and the way he explained everything. When we called to ask to be placed on the schedule he told us how long it would be until they could do it & amazingly didnt require any down payment in advance which to us was a sign of complete trust. True to his word the job was started and completed in 1 day on the day he promised. The crew did a excellent job from start to finish. Working well together, they stayed on the roof for hours in the extreme heat. Cleaned up meticulously. We are very pleased with the results. Thank you very much.“
