“Worst experience with a dentist ever !!! They don't know what it means to have Insurance and being in-network. Had a bridge done that took 5 months to get put in. But before that they made me pay $3800 something up front and before I could get the bridge they wanted Insurance to pay the remaining $1,000. They tried submitting to Insurance numerous times. Couldn't get it right..So I had to submit to Insurance and then they got paid in less than 2 weeks. Per the Explanation of Benefits.. Covered charge was $2,074...my Patient Responsibility was only $ 1,104.50. They refuse to give me my refund and stated the EOB was wrong. I have Dental Insurance....why should I pay as if I didn't or was out-of-network?? They should follow Insurance fee schedule not their own !!”
