My coworker goes to the Euclid branch and recommended them to me. I went to the Grafton branch because it's closer to me. This place is the best dentist I've ever gone to. Prices are reasonable and they work with you. Doctor is super nice and so is all the staff.
Had a dental emergency and was seen within a few days of the call. Very polite staff, minimal wait time, and cheerful atmosphere. I had a negative experience with my last dentist/office and was a bit nervous about seeing a new dentist. Dr. Mark was fantastic. Very personable, and attentive, he had a calm nature that made for a comfortable experience. A care plan was discussed and I feel no hesitation about the future visits. I was very pleased with my visit to the Grafton office. I would highly recommend to others.
I've been going here for years and they've always done a great job. Really friendly staff and they always send reminders so you don't miss the appointment that you set up 6 months ago.
