“I needed my impacted wisdom teeth removed. I also had a few that were damaged due to the wisdom teeth that needed removed. I was extremely anxious about this as I have had a terrible experience with getting a tooth pulled in the past.

The dentist here had 2 of the teeth out in no time & I didnt even feel the pressure & I was completely awake the entire time.

It was easily the best experience one can have getting teeth pulled. & I had 9 teeth pulled.... He is quick & gentle. He doesnt rush, but he is efficient.

Definitely a better experience than I have had at other offices in the past.“

“I called Bay dental with what I thought was a broken tooth. It turned out that a crown failed while flossing my teeth Thursday morning. I called they with this issue and made room for me on their schedule first thing Friday morning. Within probably an hour and a half I was on my way out with a new crown and a very difficult problem solved. My biggest complaint was that the crown left a sharp point on the remaining pieces and it was digging into my tongue. Very painful when I ate. Friday night being date Night and having a very kissable girlfriend, this was a critical issue. What I experience was a harmony between the dentist and the tech. There was very little hesitation because they both were well-versed in the process. The dentist had a very calming and informative demeanor. I knew everything that I needed to know in short order. It’s tough to find experiences like that these days. Sincere thanks to the tech and dentist for restoring my tooth quickly and professionally. I could not be happier. Thank you.“

Dr Phil Dawson - Dentist, Yahneshley - hygienist, Allison – receptionist - are all super kind, respectful, warm, professional, experienced, knowledgeable & hard working! “Very pleasant staff. Have never been in a dentist office where the staff has fun while at work. Had a tooth break. Dr Bennet took the time to explain the treatment plan for the tooth. Put a filling on it and also said he would request.pre-determination from my insurance company for a crown if the filling fails. He said he does not believe in the definition of insanity“

I recently had a crown and two fillings done and Dr. Beckman was so gentle he and his assistant talked me through the whole procedure often asking if I was doing okay. “This was my second visit. I was in and out quickly for my exam and cleaning. My hygienist Kara is the best I’ve ever had; and I’m 63 years old. My only issue is that while discussing future treatment plans with Dr. Buckley, she just seemed not as friendly and in a super rush to move on .
It wasn’t horrible, but it was noticeable. She just seemed distracted. The woman at the front desk does her job just fine.
The bottom line is I trust and recommend them, with that exception. Kara is the best.“

He had to correct the work of a shoddy dentist who made my FRONT TOOTH veneer so poorly that it fell out more than once. (It was Dr. DeVor that is in Lakewood) Dr. O’Sullivan made my front tooth look perfect and ? saved me so much stress and grief. I have referred him to everyone I know.
