“Henderson roofing was the third roofing company that I contacted and I received a prompt return phone call from Derek within an hour of contacting them. Derek was out at my earliest convenience and identified storm and wind damage that was not noticed or mentioned in my previously over inflated estimate from a different company. I was advised to start an insurance claim and it was quickly said that my initial claim was under my deductible as is typical of insurance companies not wanting to honor their customers. My verbal contact with the insurance estimator proved to be most disrespectful to me and my contractor so Derek took over all communication with the insurance estimator from that point on. The insurance estimator attempted many angles to deny my claim including one very questionable document attempting to claim that my shingle was available even though there was never any testing to prove other wise. Derek persevered and after three months my insurance claim was approved. Once the claim was approved the guys were out here quickly and had the job done in one day. Beautiful new roof with high quality roofing materials installed far surpassing what I previously had on my roof. I am so grateful to have contacted Henderson roofing and would recommend to anyone who needs a new roof. Derek was even spotted bringing my trash cans up from the curb after trash day! “We had an excellent experience with J&J Roofing. we had storm damage from a windstorm that affected several shingles on our roof. Brad stayed with us while we went back-and-forth with the insurance company to get the roof replaced. A new claims rep for the insurance company fell weeks behind in deciding claims but Brad never stopped communicating with them. Our house has a roof that took two days to re-shingle. The J&J roofers came early in the morning and worked into the evening, even when it started to rain and they had to put a temporary cover on it until the rain stopped. They are a very trustworthy company which does excellent roof work. We highly recommend them.“

Brandon, the foreman was also professional, highly competent, and dedicated. The entire crew was highly skilled. “Aspen made the insurance claim process simple, I filed it, they submitted the inspection and the insurance company approved it and paid out accordingly within 10 days. Wasn’t fully covered due to our policy type, so we had to pay some out of pocket and Aspen came down on pricing. They communicated well when it came to ordering supplies, drop off, permit pulling, start day, etc. The crew worked 12 hours and completed a full tear off and replacement on our house and detached shop. Decent sized job and they all worked diligently. When they were almost done, someone’s leg fell thru the house roof and they had to pull up shingles, put new board down and re-shingle, which is concerning but mistakes happen. Couple small siding damages that were taken care of quickly and seamlessly. The 1-less star disappointment was due to the lack of attention to detail with the excessive amount of nails and x2 razor blades found throughout the yard and driveway. Much more than the acceptable handful. They offered to send back the crew to rerun the magnet, but I declined because we have our own small magnet and I wanted to ensure it was taken care of being that we have dogs and young relatives who run around here. My POC, Brad was apologetic and understood my frustration with the clean up job, and also agreed, that it was not up to their companies standards. But I truly just cannot give 5 stars due to that alone. Otherwise, the job looks great, everyone was professional, courteous and for the most part, the process was easy going. I believe Aspen is a good company, the crews just need to be held to a higher standard to truly match how the company as a whole is portrayed and rated.“

They took care of major water damage in our one car attached garage and made it look like a new garage inside, and also all the outside siding on the house. The boss, Brad was very professional in every aspect. The construction crew was some of the best and the easiest to approach for any ideas or thoughts and they really walked me thru their whole process as they went along. Jessie, who did all the siding work, did a wonderful job, like if he was working on his own house. I appreciated all that they did. And the house looks wonderful!
