“Henderson roofing was the third roofing company that I contacted and I received a prompt return phone call from Derek within an hour of contacting them. Derek was out at my earliest convenience and identified storm and wind damage that was not noticed or mentioned in my previously over inflated estimate from a different company. I was advised to start an insurance claim and it was quickly said that my initial claim was under my deductible as is typical of insurance companies not wanting to honor their customers. My verbal contact with the insurance estimator proved to be most disrespectful to me and my contractor so Derek took over all communication with the insurance estimator from that point on. The insurance estimator attempted many angles to deny my claim including one very questionable document attempting to claim that my shingle was available even though there was never any testing to prove other wise. Derek persevered and after three months my insurance claim was approved. Once the claim was approved the guys were out here quickly and had the job done in one day. Beautiful new roof with high quality roofing materials installed far surpassing what I previously had on my roof. I am so grateful to have contacted Henderson roofing and would recommend to anyone who needs a new roof. Derek was even spotted bringing my trash cans up from the curb after trash day! “Met Danny from Biltmore along with several other siding companies and decided on Biltmore fore several reason. First, he and his truck made a better impression than several of the not too established companies. Second, when I requested vendors to come out and give me a quote, they all waited till the next day. The other nationwide siding installer called me at 11:15 at night. When I hung up, they called again. Who call a new customer after bed time. Third, price was right for the job as my own exploring showed.
The installation went smoothly, the work crew headed by Jose was efficient without any sign of rushing the job. They completed each days work as laid out in the beginning. I never had to call and ask for an update. Each day, Jose showed me the work completed and described what was to be done next day. The crew worked on my house and my house only till the job was done.
Biltmore had a different crew who only did gutters. When the siding was finished, the gutter crew showed up and were done as quickly and professionally as the siding crew. They came and did our gutters solely. During whole process, Danny and Bob would stop by and check how things were going. Biltmore is an organized and efficient company who delivers top quality at a good price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs exterior house work done.“
