“Jeff came out to check my roof and give me an estimate since I had a small leak inside my house. When he came, there was snow on the roof so he couldn't get up there but told me to call him when it melted and he would come back to put up a tarp to hold me until I could get it replaced even if I didn't go with them. This was before I ever got an estimate!! While texting with him a couple days later, he asked me if the snow was gone and actually came back out to put the tarp up. Who does that anymore? Honesty and doing the right thing just to help someone out is not lost on these guys. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you want a job done right and want to have your faith renewed in humanity.“
“I can't say enough good things about Hansen Restoration's work and their crew. We've used them for three jobs so far and each time we have been so impressed by not only their workmanship, but their communication and ability to think outside the box. Our most recent project was a total kitchen remodel that included tearing down walls. I use my kitchen for my living and being without a workspace for a few months was an intimidating thought but they went above and beyond to keep as much as they could intact for me as long as they could. They even made a makeshift island counter top for me to use the last couple of weeks while we were waiting for the real counter to be installed. Ben was in constant communication, keeping us informed every step of the way and stopping in weekly (if not more). Their crew and the subcontractors they use have all been outstanding. Erin was so helpful in collaborating on the colors/materials/finishing touches. They finished our project in the timeframe they promised and at the price they quoted.
