We had a great experience with Eric! We have two little kids, so I greatly appreciated that the first thing he did was take his shoes off. He spent two hours with us reviewing the different types of windows, providing examples for us to see, and answering all our questions. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. We would highly recommend calling to speak with Eric if you need windows!I will give final review upon completion.
We are very pleased with the work Great Lakes did on our roof. They were good workers and finished on time. Our neighbor came to see the new roof and said it looked good. They also picked up all the bits and pieces lying around when they completed the roof and put things back in their proper places. Pleased that they called after a few weeks to find out if we had any complaints about the new roof.
I sat down for a consultation this afternoon with Obadiah and Adam. I appreciate them taking their time to explain everything to me, listen to me, and for being so thorough. Even though I am not able to have the work done right now, they were kind and understanding. I appreciate their expertise, professionalism, and the willingness to work with me. I will definitely keep Great Lake Remodeling in mind for the future.
